My name is Yasmina Buweden, a life coach with over 15 years of experience working with highly sensitive people and empaths. I embody this sensitivity myself—it’s my driving force, the source of deep insights and the authentic support I offer my clients. Throughout my professional journey, I’ve combined coaching, emotional intelligence, creative writing, and lived experience—qualities recognized by many who have gone through my individual program.

I have always been able to sense people and have a strong urge to support them. Today, I understand why—and I work only with those who truly decide they want a change.

I believe each of us carries a unique potential—especially those who feel “more” and “deeper.” In my work, I help people recognize and release their inner strength, discover boundaries, and gently develop confidence, creativity, and tranquility. It was a simple quest for a tattoo that led me to this community. Who would have guessed, right?
