HiSensitives — Terms and Conditions

1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the HiSensitives website (hisensitives.com), operated by Anne-Kathrin van Tiggelen, registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 74479997, VAT number NL002464384B55, registered address Zundertseweg 9,4707XD Roosendaal. By purchasing a course, bundle, or any other digital product through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Products
HiSensitives offers digital personal growth products designed for highly sensitive people, including individual expert-led masterclasses (each with an accompanying e-book and worksheets) and the HiSensitives Growth Tree Bundle, which includes access to all available masterclasses, e-books, and worksheets. All products are delivered digitally through our website.
We also run a free Facebook community, which is open to everyone regardless of purchase and is not part of any paid product.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our website’s checkout using the payment methods available at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; such changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Access and Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate digital access to your purchased course(s) or bundle. Access is granted for lifetime use, meaning you can revisit the content at your own pace for as long as HiSensitives operates the platform on which it is hosted.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as our courses, e-books, and worksheets), when:
- you have explicitly requested that access begin immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and
- you have explicitly acknowledged that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal.
You confirm both of these by actively checking the corresponding box at checkout before completing your purchase on HiSensitives.com. Once you have done so and access to the digital content has been granted, no refund will be provided.
If you did not give this explicit consent, or if you believe a product is defective, please contact us at contact@hisensitives.com so we can look into it and find a fair solution.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, e-books, worksheets, videos, and related content remain the intellectual property of HiSensitives and/or the respective contributing expert. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal growth. You may not copy, share, resell, teach from, or otherwise distribute any part of the content without our prior written permission.
7. Not Professional or Medical Advice
The content offered by HiSensitives is intended for general personal growth and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need medical support, please consult a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
8. Our Experts
Masterclasses are created in collaboration with independent experts, coaches, and practitioners. While we carefully select who we work with, HiSensitives is not responsible for the outcomes of applying any advice shared within the courses, and each expert’s views are their own.
9. Liability
HiSensitives strives to provide accurate, high-quality content but does not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, HiSensitives is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
